Hi there dreamers and deep thinkers,
Welcome to Cognitive Psycho—a place where I explore the big questions about the human experience, psychology, philosophy, and the mysteries of existence that shape our lives. I’m glad you’re here.
My name is April, and this journey began long before Cognitive Psycho was even a thought. Growing up, I was always drawn to unraveling the complex layers of what it means to be alive, constantly seeking to understand our emotions, behaviors, and connections to something greater. Through life’s ups and downs, these questions became my compass, guiding me toward a deeper understanding of the mind, spirit, and the universe around us.
My path took an unexpected turn with the sudden loss of my mother. In that moment, the questions I had always pondered turned inward, becoming even more personal. I found myself grappling with profound grief, yet yearning for answers and a way to make sense of the experience. This loss became the catalyst for Cognitive Psycho—a way to connect, to heal, and to share insights that I hope will resonate with others on similar journeys.
Here, I blend philosophy, psychology, science, religion and spirituality searching for a holistic approach to understanding life and death, meaning and purpose. Cognitive Psycho isn’t just about theories or abstract ideas; it’s about navigating the raw, real experiences we all face and finding ways to make sense of them.
Through my articles, reflections, and personal stories, I hope to create a space where we can explore together—where the search for answers feels a little less lonely and a little more enlightening. Whether you’re here out of curiosity or seeking your own path to healing and understanding, I’m honored to share this journey with you.
Stay curious,
April
